A long-standing teacher and Master at Hotel Terme Metropole in Abano Terme, Amadio Bianchi is the guiding presence behind our Yoga Weeks.

Master Amadio Bianchi is President of the World Movement for Yoga and Ayurveda, the European Yoga Federation and the C.Y. Surya International School of Yoga and Ayurveda.

He is also Vice-President of the International Yog Confederation in New Delhi, General Coordinator of the World Movement for Ayurveda and the Official Italian Yoga Confederation, and Director of International Affairs and Commissions for the European Ayurveda Association.

He has taught in Italy, India, Greece, France, Latvia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Croatia, Portugal, Argentina, Romania, Poland, Brazil, Bulgaria and Canada.

His encounter with Eastern philosophy led him to publish two philosophical works, Evolution and Symbols, reflecting his continued exploration of Eastern culture.

His approach brings together Indian tradition, Western approaches to awareness and an in-depth understanding of the body and breath.
