The 3,650 sq.m. (39,300 sq. ft.) of the White Spa will welcome you with:

- 35 private rooms for thermal treatments, 12 stations for beauty sessions, and 8 stations exclusively for deep Ayurvedic massages
- a pool for hydrokinetic therapy
- an area just for hospitality and shopping, where you can find a full range of the Borile Experience thermal cosmetic products

Gym with personal trainers

The gym is equipped with cardio-fitness machines, weights, benches, and everything else necessary for a free-body workout, and there are personal trainers available to assist you as well.

Open-air gym

This well-equipped gym, located outdoors in the park, is just perfect if you want to work out on your own, such as in the cool of the morning or in the evening after a day of thermal wellness experiences.

Thermal steam bath

Here you can relive the experience of an ancient Roman Spa in a warm (45°C (113°F)) and pleasant mist that relaxes your muscles and soothes away tension.

Finnish sauna

With its high temperature (80°–100°C (176°–212°F)) and low humidity (10%), the sauna stimulates your metabolism, purifying your body by eliminating toxins and promoting cell turnover.

Sensory showers

Our sensory showers feature both color therapy and aroma therapy: water spray is combined with the color blue and the scent of cold mint for a cooling effect, or with the color red and the scent of oranges for an energizing effect.

Whirlpool baths in thermal water

In each of the hotel’s 5 thermal pools there are water-massage jets that stimulate your body’s microcirculation and dissolve the sense of heaviness in your muscles, producing a truly delightful feeling.

Ice room and ice waterfall

After you have been in the spa’s hot areas, it is important that you stimulate your blood circulation by spending a brief time in a relaxation area that is at a temperature of 15°C (59°F). Here you will also have the opportunity to rub ice on your arms and legs.

Thermal water vascular walk

Much more than a simple Kneipp walk, this is a veritable river where you can immerse yourself to enjoy the wellness benefits of a vascular walk in thermal water. The water creates an incredible sensation of lightness in your legs, since the temperature variations in the walk put your capillaries through the equivalent of exercises that drain and tone your muscles, keeping them active and supple.
