The gift box vouchers are valid for the number of people and the services specified on the same.
The services included with the gift box voucher must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please check with the Hotel and Spa before arriving at the Hotel.
To book a service, telephone +39 049.8665800 or email email@example.com, specifying the code and expiry date shown on the gift box.
The booking office (tel. +39 049.8665800, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) will confirm your chosen service by email only.
In order to use the services, guests must contact reception on arriving at the Hotel and present their original gift box voucher and email confirmation from the booking office. If the voucher is lost, stolen or not presented, the holder loses the right to use the services.
Gift boxes are not valid during seasonal closures and on the following dates:
Easter, 25th April, 1st May, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 24th December to 6th January.
Any additional services (treatments, massages, food & drink) must be requested and booked directly at the Hotel and paid for on the premises.
Important: gift boxes must be booked and used no later than the expiry date shown. Services cannot be used after the expiry date.
